Balta Waregem, Europe’s largest machine-woven carpet producer, has taken a big step toward sustainability by adopting our M-Ray technology from Hammer-IMS. This new system allows for precise thickness control in their 100% recyclable polypropylene carpets, replacing the older nuclear-based measurements with a safer, eco-friendly alternative.
A year after our joint paper, Autins' report confirms that our innovative technology has significantly improved their operational efficiency and product quality. This collaboration has proven to be mutually beneficial, showcasing the strength of strategic partnerships.

Preview of the advanced functionality that Connectivity Software and machine-vision technology from Hammer-IMS can do to detect and classify anomalies and defects in the production line.
The system featured in the video is an Edge-Vision-4.0-CURTAIN O-Frame, that has a section of carpet to represent a production line passing through it. On it, a series of foreign objects are shown to showcase the software's capabilities at detecting such defects and anomalies that might occur during the production process.

Hammer-IMS received more than 120 guests during its 'Open House' event, including employees, family, customers, suppliers, and more. The event celebrated the first anniversary of hammer-IMS headquarters' move to Herk-de-Stad. The attendees were able to see innovative industrial quality control devices at work that the company develops and commercializes worldwide. Limburg-based Hammer-IMS recently opened an office in the US and strengthens its position as a world leader in industrial quality control through a resolute innovation policy.

From September 18th to 22nd, Hammer-IMS joins a select consortium of companies in the REC-N-COMP Singapore, an initiative co-funded by the COSME programme of the European Commission to explore exciting business prospects within the realm of sustainable composites. Our mission? To market our sustainable industrial measuring and inspection systems in that region.
